An exciting opportunity has arisen to work for a reputable international law firm based in Manchester City Centre. My client is looking for an Administration Assistant to join their team on a 6 month FTC.
Duties will include:
·Inputting data onto the system and keeping it up to date
·Processing electronic invoices
·Producing and compiling documents
·Filing and archiving files
·Developing document management systems
·Printing, photocopying and scanning
·Any other administrative tasks as and when required
·Bright and switched on
·Strong team player
·Ability to prioritise workload
·Good attention to detail
Applicants must have previous experience within an administrative role as well as having strong computer skills. Knowledge of MS Word and Excel are essential.
This is a great opportunity for a graduate who would be looking to develop their administrative skills.
