Administration Assistant

We are currently recruiting for an Administration Assistant to join an established firm in Wilmslow, Cheshire on a permanent basis. This role would suit someone who is looking to carve a career for themselves as a personal assistant as you will report directly into the PA & Office Manager.

Duties include:

  • Preparing PowerPoint presentations
  • Answering phones
  • Processing invoices for payment
  • Supporting the Personal Assistant with overflow work
  • Ordering supplies
  • Printing and scanning
  • Event organisation
  • Diary management
  • Assisting with corporate governance
  • Ensuring kitchen and meeting rooms are tidy
  • General administration duties

Skills required:

  • Articulate with strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Computer literate specifically with Microsoft packages
  • Ability to remain professional and treat documents and information with confidentiality
  • Friendly and professional manner
  • Accurate keyboard skills as well as good numeracy and literacy skills with the ability to multi-task
  • The ability to accept and understand instructions
  • Team working ability
  • Reliability and honesty
