Temporary Receptionist

A prestigious financial services company based in Manchester city centre are looking for a Receptionist to join their team on a temporary basis. This role will be a holiday cover from the Monday 17th to Monday 24th February.

This role would suit someone with 1-2 years receptionist/personal assistant experience.

Responsibilities include:

  • Booking meetings
  • Assisting the other PAs with general administration
  • Meeting and greeting clients
  • Answering the phones and screening calls
  • Preparing meeting rooms
  • General admin duties
  • Printing & binding
  • Distributing post

Skills required:

  • 1-2 years personal assistant/ receptionist experience
  • Friendly and confident
  • Well presented
  • Ability to work in a corporate and professional environment
  • Proactive and positive attitude
  • Team-player
  • MS Office knowledge
  • Ability to liaise with different levels of seniority
