A prestigious financial services company based in Manchester city centre are looking for a Receptionist to join their team on a temporary basis. This role will be a holiday cover from the Monday 17th to Monday 24th February.
This role would suit someone with 1-2 years receptionist/personal assistant experience.
- Booking meetings
- Assisting the other PAs with general administration
- Meeting and greeting clients
- Answering the phones and screening calls
- Preparing meeting rooms
- General admin duties
- Printing & binding
- Distributing post
- 1-2 years personal assistant/ receptionist experience
- Friendly and confident
- Well presented
- Ability to work in a corporate and professional environment
- Proactive and positive attitude
- MS Office knowledge
- Ability to liaise with different levels of seniority
