Personal Assistant to Managing Director and European Team

An exciting opportunity has arisen, working for a well-known and extremely reputable firm based near Manchester Airport. This is a full-time, permanent position for a personal assistant who has worked in a similar environment and is used to working to tight deadlines.

Duties include;

  • Diary management and maintenance
  • Organising meetings
  • Processing expenses using Concur
  • Processing and tracking purchase requisitions
  • Booking travel and producing itineraries
  • Organising annual workshops including event management and travel
  • Creating meeting agendas
  • Supporting with presentations and data collection activities
  • Reviewing and implementing processes
  • Screening calls
  • Liaising with all levels of seniority across the organisation


Skills required;

  • At least 3 years’ experience in a similar role, supporting at a senior level
  • MS office knowledge
  • Ability to work to deadlines, in a fast-paced environment
  • Confident
  • Discreet and able to deal with confidential information
